Our handcrafted products are made to order with care. Please allow 1-3 days for production before they’re shipped to you. This ensures every item meets our high-quality standards.

We ship your purchases via USPS or UPS. Please allow 5-7 days from the shipping date for your package to arrive.

Since our teas and handmade goods are consumable, we’re unable to accept returns. If you’re new to a tea, we recommend starting with a smaller size to see if it’s the perfect fit for you.

At the current time all purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions are made per incident.
